All cancellations are to be sent by fax, e-mail or phone to our office. Cancellations must be confirmed by one of our attendants.

The cancellations will be charged as shown bellow:
Best Season (except July and Holidays).
Up to 15 days in advance, no charges.
Less then 14 days in advance, 50% of the total amount.

High Season and July (Except Holidays).
Up to 20 days in advance, 50 % of the total amount.
Less then 19 days in advance, the Total amount will be charged.

Specials Packages and Holidays (Reveillon, Carnaval, Saint Week, and others).
Up to 20 days in advance, 50 % of the total amount.
Less then 19 days in advance, the Total amount will be charged.

If you leave earlier, from any reservation, the total amount will be charged.

NO SHOW

No Show is considered when the pax does not show up on the day of the check-in. The apartment will be reserved for 24 hours. After that period, the reservation will be canceled and standard cancellation procedures will be followed. (It will be a cancellation with less than 19 days notice).
