The Alicia Pousada is located in an area of 3.500 m2, close by the stores between the Geribá and Manguinhos beaches. The  choosen beaches by the sport loves of the wind and the sea and where you can whatch a wonderful sunset. It was at this beach who the owner Flávio Pereira das Neves spent unforgetable days of his childhood, fishing globefishes with the local kids.

Before building the Pousada and coming to live in Búzios, Flavio graduated in Economics and Business Management at the city of  Hannover in Germany and did postgraduete in Denmark where he met the ballerina and ballet teacher  Susanne Reck de Hamelin.
